The Fine and Performing Arts Division of Northwest Florida State College will present the college's summer musical production of GREASE on July 14, 15, 16, 17 at 7:30 pm on the mainstage of the Mattie Kelly Arts Center at the NWFSC Niceville campus. The college's full-scale production of GREASE features a cast of more than 30 duck-tailed, gum-snapping, hip-shaking Burger Palace Boys and Pink Ladies Girls. GREASE had an 8-year run on Broadway and has had three subsequent revivals, remaining among the world's most popular musicals!

Tickets for GREASE go on sale May 24. Tickets are $20 adult and $15 for youth age 18 and younger and may be purchased either on-line, by phone or in-person from the Arts Center Box at (850)729-6000 or www.mattiekellyartscenter.org.

Additionally, if you have vintage threads from the 1950s and 1960s taking up too much space in the back of your closet, consider giving them a second life in show business! The NWFSC production of GREASE is seeking donations to augment the show's costumes with authentic era clothing. Especially desired are men's and women's formalwear, twin sweater sets, men's leather jackets, circle skirts, or any other garments from the fabulous 50's and 60's. All donations will be recognized in the show program. For information, please contact NWFSC costumer Jennifer Boudette at (850) 729-5284 or boudettj@nwfsc.edu to discuss making a nostalgic contribution.

90 minutes prior to the start of the show each night, the Mattie Kelly Arts Center Holzhauer and McIlroy Galleries will be open for patrons to view the current exhibition ''Flight Path and the works of Owen Mundy''. For more information on the exhibit, click here.
