The NFSO will present its annual ''Stars of Tomorrow'' concert featuring the winners of the prestigious regional Concerto Competition and performance of Kleinsinger's Tubby the Tuba featuring the NFSO's principal tubist Chester Schmitz, former principal tuba player for the Boston Symphony Orchestra and Boston Pops for 35 years.

In 1985 Schmitz gave the premiere performance of John Williams' Tuba Concerto, which was personally composed for Schmitz to perform at the Boston Pops' 100th anniversary.

Schmitz is credited with popularizing the Jabba the Hutt Solo, which was also composed by John Williams, Grammy and Academy award-winning composer of such noted film scores including ''Jaws'' and ''Indiana Jones''. This solo was a mini-concerto originally composed as Jabba's Theme for the recurring musical theme of the ''Star Wars'' movies.

90 minutes prior to the start of the concert, the Mattie Kelly Arts Center Holzhauer and McIlroy Galleries will be open for patrons to view the current exhibition the ''Florida Visual Arts Fellowship Exhibition''. For more information on the exhibit, click here.
