Cast Announced for "And Then There Were None"

Mattie Kelly Arts Center

9/3/2008 - The Northwest Florida State College theatrical production of Agatha Christie's mystery "And Then There Were None" is set for the Sprint Theater at the Mattie Kelly Fine and Performing Arts Center on the college's Niceville campus on October 8, 9, 10, and 11 at 7:30 p.m. Tickets; $20 for adults and $15 for youth, are now available at the NWF State College Box Office at 729-6000 or in-person Monday to Fridays from 9:00 am to 4:00 p.m.

In this superlative mystery comedy, also one of Agatha Christie's most produced plays, statuettes of little soldier boys on the mantel of a house on an island off the coast of Devon fall to the floor and break one by one as those in the house succumb to a diabolical avenger. A nursery rhyme tells how each of the ten "soldiers" met his death until there were none. Eight guests who have never met each other or their apparently absent host and hostess are lured to the island and, along with the two house servants, marooned. A mysterious voice accuses each of having gotten away with murder and then one drops dead---poisoned. One down and nine to go!

NWF State College's Humanities, Fine and Performing Arts Division annually produces two theatrical performances in the Sprint Theater; the smaller, more intimate of the two theater halls at the NWF State College Mattie Kelly Arts Center. Seating is limited and patrons are encouraged to purchase tickets in advance. The arts complex is located on the college's Niceville campus at 100 College Blvd.

In the NWF State College production, the role of "Mrs. Rogers" will be played by Tara Adam of Fort Walton Beach, the role of "Mr. Rogers" will be played by Greg Stoughton of Niceville, the role of "Dr. Armstrong" will be played by Bruce Culpepper of DeFuniak Springs, the role of "Narracott" will be played by Alisa Ramos of Navarre, the role of "Anthony Marston" will be played by Joseph Bishop of Eglin Air Force Base, the role of "Lombard" will be played by Jeremy Chisum of Mary Esther, the role of "Blore" will be played by Robert Reynolds of Fort Walton Beach, the role of "General Mackenzie" will be played by Ron Altman of Niceville, the role of "Emily" will be played by Cristin Cotton of Niceville, the role of "Judge Wargrave" will be played by Holly Moore of Birmingham, Alabama, and the role of "Vera" will be played by Rebecca Aker of Niceville.
